BOISE, IDAHO - -(ShootingWire.com)- The owners of Tactical Solutions and Black Dog Machine have announced that the companies will be forming a new company, Black Dog Magazine Inc., to sell their highly efficient and high quality magazines.

“The reason that we created this new entity was so we could form a stronger company that can research, design and develop new magazine products to bring to the shooting industry,” said Chet Alvord, Vice President of Tactical Solutions. “We will use the innovation of Kevin Rich (Head of Research and Development and Owner of Black Dog Machine) and our resources to produce the greatest .22LR magazines on the market.”
